Went in to terminal and rewrote the plist file to let hidden folders and apps be shown. #F SECURE UNINSTALL TOOL FOR MAC MAC#"/Applications/WOW/f-secure Mac protection.app" So I found the process for this in Activity Finder and took a script sample, and it identifies the path for this process comes from It states that my WOW security protection subscription has expired and I should "BUY NOW!!" Yet every hour like clockwork a popup with a weird old Mac UI around the edges (really shaded red-yellow-green buttons, kind of 3D bulbous look to it) pops.er.up. #F SECURE UNINSTALL TOOL FOR MAC SOFTWARE#He said he has never downloaded any software by F-Secure protection. This customer does not, did not ever, doesn't plan to have in the future WOW! Internet service. I am repairing this for a client of my company and I have never seen this before on a MAC. So I haven't slept last night or this morning trying to figure this out, so sorry if my brain doesn't work so good and I mistype something.
